Each additional of humanoids: +70% of original price

Accepted currency: USD, CAD, Euro, and Pound sterling.

Payments are made via Paypal or kofi

50% of the money will be paid upfront and the other 50% after I finish (with invoice), or fully paid upfront before drawing.

Payment will be made after I accept the request.

I have the rights to decline a commission request for any reason.

I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces as NFT.

Furthermore, I do NOT authorise using any of my pieces to feed any AI generator or use in an AI generator in any way.

Client must have the necessary commission details before requesting a commission.

This means providing with either/or: a reference or detailed description, deadlines, etc.

Extra fees will apply accordingly to the difficulty of character design or additional features and deadlines. I will judge how much those details will take me when we are talking and the price.

All commissions will be assumed for personal use. I do not condone my art to be used commercially unless we have discussed beforehand.

If my commission slots are closed, you will be in my waitlist. Those in my waitlist don't pay until I am ready to do your commission. Please specify if you cancel the commission by contacting me.

By contacting me, I will assume you understand and agree to my TOS, you may ask for clarifications if needed before commissioning.

I will let you know my details when I accept to take on the commission.

Time to complete commission will vary by complexity and detail, but can approximately take a few days depending on the circumstances.

I won't do major revisions such as changing the character/subject, poses after basic coloring. Requested revisions during the process of sketching and lining are allowed.

Minor tweaks can be requested after the fact (colors, missed small details, etc)

You must credit me @jaasperyams as the artist and cannot remove my watermark when reposting.

I have the rights to the image/work and distribution for my portfolio or on socials, however if requested not to post I will respect your wishes. I don't own your intellectual property or characters.

I will send progress pictures whenever I can or when requested!

Refunds can be discussed between me and the client depending on the circumstance

Harassment such as inappropriate conduct or belligerence will lead to me canceling your commission with no refund if I warn such behavior and is ignored.
